The project features a collective housing tower in Valdebebas, one of the last urban developments in Madrid. It includes 27 2 and 3-bedroom apartments as well as common facilites such as a pool, gardens, two underground parking floors and storage areas.
Aesthetics and a representative image were important, given the visibility the tower will have from some of the main routes accesing the capital. In addition, careful design of the façade together with environmentally friendly features ensure a good indoor and saving environment.
