The project is the reformation and expansion of an existing single-family housing, located in a plot of approx. 1000 m2, in a residential area of single-family dwellings isolated.
The existing building consisted of two parts: on the one hand, a main body in the front area of the plot, with plant 10x12 m, structure of load-bearing walls and tile roof arabic (conserved); and on the other hand, a small terraced 3x6 m with flat cover (demolished).
It was rehabilitated the preexistence, connecting it with a new horizontal structure that would allow them to complete the program. The heights were varied between stays free to obtain new visuals and intense connection inside / outside.
