Master Plan the existing Hospital Campus, replacing portions in 4 phases over a 10-year period, including SB 1953 Upgrades. This Project contains a 3-story Nursing Tower.
Phase 1A remodel & 2-story Addition comprising a new entry & remodeled administrative spaces, plus expansion of Dining, Outpatient Surgery & Addition of Hospital Surgery spaces. Phase 1B will add a one-story addition for Radiation Oncology 2002 - 4,000 sq. ft.
This addition & remodel will add 2 Linear Accelerator Rooms & a Simulator plus remodel of existing spaces to support Radiation Oncology. The addition/remodel also includes interiors renovations.
