This project, designed by the PIM team, is a simple villa concept that combines naturalness and modernism and prioritizes functionality. It aims to offer its users a spacious and peaceful living space with its open and wide living spaces.
This private living space, consisting of two floors in total, provides a peaceful environment for its residents by offering a balanced balance of comfort and aesthetics. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a large and spacious living room, a modern designed kitchen, a master bedroom and dressing room, a guest bedroom and bathroom, a sports room, a guest toilet and technical areas. Upstairs, there is another guest bedroom, private bathroom and cinema room.
Designed with an open plan approach, the living room integrates with natural light thanks to large glass panels, strengthening the flow between the interior and exterior. While the porcelain and wooden details used in the kitchen emphasize minimal elegance, hidden lighting and modern storage solutions make the space both functional and aesthetic.
In general, the relaxing effect of the space is increased with soft-textured furniture, wooden coverings and modern lighting. The indoor garden on the ground floor, highlighted with glass panels, brings nature into the house and offers a calm atmosphere.
The villa also includes a sports room and a private cinema room, positioned to support personal pleasure and healthy living. Special attention has been paid to the sound insulation of these rooms, which are designed as a spacious environment that will relieve the stress of the day.
