For its blue at sunrise and its orange color at dusk, Brasilia has one of the most beautiful skies of Brazil, beloved by locals and visitors. The residential project in question, with 40 housing units, which will be located in the administrative region of Fern, had as its starting point the horizon of the sky of Brasilia.
For architecture, the house is synonymous with the city, as well as large-scale housing is one of the basic elements in the constitution of an egalitarian city. We seek a project template that was comprehensive and could be replicated economic and objectively for all lots, adjusted
according to the legislative requirements of each land, access and topography.
The set consisted of three square types that make up an array of different views of game, in order to fit better the insulation, ventilation, view, configuration and qualification of public areas. Each floor has five units. The idea of not having "blind gables" contributes to the city, as
connecting all building facades to the street and its surroundings, becoming the differential architecture.
The ground's design is the point more complex this project because comply with legislation regarding the number of required spaces and the construction of a social living space, are important principles, and with a free ground was proposed, which can be tailored to the needs of residents, and a multipurpose hall.
We concluded that we should seek to solve the topography to balance the financial viability through the lower ground floor building (parking), and so we propose the ground level higher than 95cm above street level. The use of the topography has been designed to rational and economic sense for the place, the movement of land proposals are small and make use of this for the implementation of higher ground on two levels.
