The building is made up of a ground floor with a hallway access, which is the passage to the inner area used for parking, water station and indoor garage for bikes, and other four upper floors connected by one staircase-lift room.
There are two apartments on each floor : each flat faces one of the fronts of the building, namely the northern side gives onto via Napoli while the southern side overlooks the parking area. These apartments have different sizes (40 and 89 square meters). The roof terrace is not practicable and is accessible from the last landing for the maintenance of all technological equipments located there. The building has 10 parking spaces for cars and a few more places for motorcycles with power supply which can be charged by the relevant photovoltaic system. Both façades are characterized by five vertical 70 cm wide pilasters.
On the Northern side onto via Napoli the building is made up of a main entrance, a driveway gate, windows, small lodges set back from the front and a top-floor terrace while on the southern side it is made up of large balconies overlooking the inner façade. The pilasters recall the classicist buildings of Bari downtown districts thus interpreting in a contemporary way the architectural styles characterizing its composition.
