Project of a comercial building with three floors in the bohemian district of Baixo Pinheiros in city of São Paulo
The project was developed aiming at the integracion off the internal and external areas, which permits a varied use of the spaces.
The materials are rustic and natural .we use old bricks of an anterior construction and textured walls made in the construction place.the instalations are apparent and tecnical shafts interconect the floors of the brick and concret, are added orange,grey and black in the textures,which stand out from the green of the landscape
