emersion DESIGN was selected to provide design services as part of a design/build team for the Edgewood City Schools Medical Office Building; with Premier Health Partners as the primary tenant. The contract was for a new single-story building, approximately 13,500 sf, multi-tenant speculative medical office building constructed on Edgewood City School’s property at the corner of State Route 73 and Busenbark Road in Trenton, Ohio.
The design/build team worked cooperatively directly with Edgewood City Schools and Premier Health Partners as primary tenant to provide schedule development, estimate development, program verification, schematic design, design development, interior design, furniture and equipment design, Guaranteed Maximum Price proposal, subcontractor pre-qualification and bidding, construction documents preparation, constructability review, permits, budgeting, value engineering, and pre-construction planning throughout the pre-construction stages.
