Eden Parc Hotel
The project aims at realizing a multifunctional and technolgical structure which has as main objective to increase th tourism in the region.Obicua proposed to demolish the pre-existent buildings and build new sustainable and modern structures. Obicua operates taking into account the historical and artistic context in which operates, considering in this case the presence of the lake as the main element of riqualification.The project is based on four buildings, linked on to lots. The structure ovelooking the lake are the hotel and the group of apart-hotel while the interior ones host a multi-storey car park and a business center. A bridge connects the two lots , overcoming the physical barrier of the street and guaranteeing the functional and architectonical unification.
