Eidelweiss Haus is a hotel condo with 40+ units that are both owner occupied as well as rented nightly, weekly and long term.It is located at the base of Park City Mountain Resort in Park City, Utah.The Eidelweiss Haus HOA was looking for a way to update the look of a somewhat dated complex on a tight budget. There was also a concern about failing stucco in several portions of the complex.The strategy involved resurfacing all of the stucco walls and concrete patios with new material and colors, replacing balcony guardrails that were not to code & updating exterior lighting and signage.The most distinctive improvement was the use of LED lighting in the courtyard and pathways. LED fixtures were chosen for their durability, low energy consumption and longevity of life.
