provides for preservation of architectural look of emblematic city-forming building of the Soviet period cinema “Pushkinsky” and strengthening its
influence on perception of a Pushkin Square.The simple
covering over cinema volume solves a problem of all-the-year-round use of
roofing space of the cinema reequipped for a viewing point, leisure area, areas
for exhibitions etc. and simultaneously increases the green recreational area
of Pushkin square.
