The Project is located in San Luis Potosi in Mexico 1.24 miles (2 km.) from Villa de Arista Municipality in a semi-desert area called “The Altiplano Potosino”. The land for the Project has 29.65 acre (12 hectare) that in the past was used for agriculture production. This activity ended because of the over exploitation of the terrain. As a result of economic and geographical conditions, it was proposed an Ecological Park in which Water Care is the Principal Topic. The principal Axis of the Project is an open water tank, 131.23 feet (40 meters) diameter, that today is empty, besides the road that goes to the town. In this construction was proposed a Water Museum, reusing the existing concrete walls and concrete floor (Number 1 in the drawing). Around the Water Museum, was developed a zone called "Educational Plots" where Companies with ecological convictions could show their products or services (Number 2 in the drawing). Some other areas in which Companies can participate in the educational spirit of the Park are “Educational Farm” and “Greenhouses” (Number 3 and 7 in the drawing). There is an internal road that moves across the Project like a snake connecting the mentioned educational areas, with other playing facilities and sport areas inside the Ecopark as "The Aquatic Park" or the "BMX Track" (Number 13 and 16 in the drawing). Because there are lots of activities for visitors inside, the project offers accommodation areas as Camps or Cabins (Number 18 and 5 in the drawing). Finally, as we can see in the top image, the type of construction proposed for the Ecopark is: Monumental Geometric Sculptures, Fountains, and the Lightweight Struc
