The project proposes an action in a timely manner, in an area where the skyscraper becomes a means of locally increasing the density and create a new urban center, without prejudice to the feeling of low density in inhabitants.The project consists of a slab forming the Pont de Sèvres to create a gateway to the developments of the «keystone» of the area currently separated by a barrier built.The foot of the tower structure and pedestrian links motorized traffic within the site to provide maximum clearance spaces.The joint program offices, shops and housing is divided into two towers, floors interpenetrate on different floors.
