A concept for luxurious compact housing estate.
The Eko Waterfall Residence complex is a unique estate that is to guarantee privacy and direct proximity to nature.
The group of single-family buildings has been integrated into the tropical slope in such a way as to provide everyone with comfort and a view of the ocean.
A small and narrow plot of 3,000 square meters was developed, where 33 buildings were designed, which gives an intensity of over 100 units per hectare.
It is the intensity of a multi-family housing estate with almost 100% biologically active area thanks to the use of green roofs.
The piled up development is a response to the contemporary needs of the implementation of intensive development along with the provision of comfort and space for oneself.
The rainwater management has been organized without harming the environment: the filtered gray water from the rainfall is used in the pool and used for watering the greenery. Existing tree species have been replanted or planted on the roofs of buildings.
Each of the houses with an area of 250 sq m has extensive glazing in the living room (about 80 sq m), which allows you to admire the breathtaking view of the terrace with an infinity pool.
The buildings are arranged in such a way that the residents do not interfere with each other and can be close to nature.
The location is a conceptual cove on the coast of Zanzibar, communication between buildings on steep stairs hidden in greenery is the only inconvenience.
