ECOFICINAS LIMA, PERU: It was decided that the new eco-office building for Lima, Peru should be the answer for two different guidelines: First, the new eco-offices as an individual architectural object. In this aspect the building not only solves the programatic requirements of the competition, but also tries to break the traditional typology of an office building, creating a new way of seeing the habitability of a workplace, in wich different actors interact to create a balanced ecosystem, AN ECOLOGIES CONTAINER; Second, the new eco-offices as part of an urban strategy, in which we explore the importance of this new office typology in the context in which it is located.This way ensures that the eco-offices of Lima is not only a building within the city of Lima, but an agent of change towards a more responsible and sustainable habitability.
