The 14 intermediate homes, each revisiting the model of the house in its own way, are adjacent and/or superimposed and are all through-going. They thus benefit from a double orientation. These houses are extended by a greenhouse, a covered outdoor space offering a real extra room in continuity with the living room. This prominence of the house allows the inhabitants to escape from a protected intimacy to take advantage of a new relationship with their neighbors. Particular attention has also been paid to the exterior layout, contributing to the "green" spirit of the neighborhood. Each unit has a vegetable garden and an outdoor shed. Finally, an orchard with different varieties of fruit trees is common to the block.
