The Cyber City is situated in the "Ebene Triangle", on about 152 acres of land in the centre of the island, fifteen minutes from Port-Louis, Mauritius.
The Cyber Tower, is the major component of an integrated intelligent community project, known as the Ebène Cyber City, which has been set up by the Government of Mauritius with financial aid from the Indian Government, as part of its strategy of developing ICT as its fifth pillar of the economy.
The Ebene Cyber Tower is a state-of-the art intelligent ICT building designed to meet the most demanding 24/7/365 needs for operation of a global ICT operator. With a 42,274 square metres, built up area spread over 12 Floor, the Ebene Cyber Tower has its aestetics and form derived from the function of the space. The modular space with efficient core planning formed the crux of the planning guidelines adopted. The Ebène Cyber Tower distinguishes itself from any other buildings through its world-class infrastructure, uncompromisable security, high-tech telecommunication, modern conference facilities and strategic location.
A unique feature of the project is the effective use of the integrated building management systems .
