Eastbourne Beach Hut // Sussex, UK // Competition Winner // 2016
SFA has been selected among 3 other teams to build an iconic beach hut on the coast of Eastbourne in the South of England as part of a regeneration of the seaside town. The project which will be built this year has a footprint of only six square metres and takes its form from an inspiring story from local history. The construction is made possible by employing an innovative node structural elements which allow the project to be delivered on a very limited budget.
