Parametric facade with active illumination attracts attention. This is the first large object that greets guests of Tbilisi on the way from the international airport. Therefore, it must do the wow effect and be expressive.
The new volume of the shopping centre completes the complex of existing buildings on the site, combines all the trading niches in one place and creates the opportunity to loop the movement of people throughout the shopping complex.
We have created a large space with a spacious atrium, thus ensuring the usable area ratio of 0.7.
The expressive form of the shopping centre emphasizes the function of the object, and since this is the first large building on the way from the airport, it becomes an architectural landmark of the city.
Objective:
Complete the last turn of an existing mall. In terms of content, this should be a trading function that focuses more on expensive fashion brands (luxury brands)
The existing shopping centre consists of an entertainment part and small shops that run along two open streets, and all this ends together with our site. The main task was to loop up the movement of people and complete the movement of these streets with our volume
