Casa Rosa, a neighborhood Italian landmark in Carroll Gardens, was transformed into East One Coffee Roasters. After demolishing the entire interior, Parkbench revealed the existing structure, exposed the brick walls, and kept the steel and wood ceilings. It created a space that is cozy, light-filled, and comfortable.
