Designing an aesthetic that could stand on its own while being sensitive to the surrounding neighborhood defined 310 East Houston. It required a balance between style, identity, and space. A style that could be unique yet blend into the community's identity while maximizing the distinct space.
The project scope was to design and develop a 7 floor condo residence with a mixed-use retail first floor to fit an unusually narrow site layout. The 23 apartments feature studios, 1-bedrooms, and 2-bedroom layouts with the top amenities. These include soaking tubs, gourmet kitchens with luxury appliances your own concierge, and a fitness center.
