Concept
After a long time, the Earthtools research and development department was able to present a fabric made of soil by making a 40x40 sample.
Its initial idea originated from the cracked texture of the desert soil. Irregularity and failure to follow a specific pattern are their distinctive features. Therefore, parametric design principles and tools should be used to recreate the design.
In addition, due to the lack of tensile strength in the soil, a solution had to be found to add this capability to it.
After long and deep studies and investigations, elastic materials with the ability to recycle were added to the soil so that they can be presented as a thin layer.
