Originally a 2 bedroom apartment just under 500 square feet located at Chi Fu Gardens in Pokfulam, the owners wanted to convert to a studio apartment, we completely re-arranged the layout and moved the living room and open kitchen to where the 2 bedrooms were originally located, and the bathroom was swapped to where the kitchen was with a built in laundry and the new bedroom occupies the space where the living room was. It worked out very well because there are better views from the new living room and the open kitchen makes the whole apartment a lot more spacious than what is really is.
