-The purpose of designing the option (E LAND FOUR SEASON) is to solve the problem of the construction obstructing the view of the sea. To create an architectural space that is harmonious with the general landscape of the Nha Trang Beach. To ensure the stability necessary to develop Nha Trang’s tourism.
- The guiding planning principle is to use the nature of the public park as a main point for creating an architectural space for the entire project; creating additional spaces for modern services, with the idea of diversifying and enriching financial, cultural, tourism, services products. Furthermore, creating an unique and never before seen urban architectural style. In that, the long stretch of park along the beach is the area that connects the city and the beach, integrating both functions and forms of architect between the eastern side beach with the western urban side on Trần Phú and Phạm Văn Đồng road, at the same time connect effectively the unique spaces along the beach.
-Therefore, our plan of construction is to simulate the unique natural aspects of the Nha Trang Beach.
- We have studied the ergonomics and shapes of the willow tree and developed it into the roof of E-Land Four Seasons
-The roof along with the construction need to be modern, light, serene, and fit in well with the sights around the beach and the adjacent Tran Phu street
- The construction had created the feeling of comfort and harmony in the surroundings, with options to cover both sunlight and rain without affecting its aesthetics.
- The entire project shows the harmony, high level of aesthetics, at the same time ensures the structural integrity needed for prolonged uses
-From the old state of the construction, we have rearranged the functional space. The space of the functional space is covered entirely with greenery, and is created with a sloping shape to connect with the floor of the ground floor.
- Allocating additional restroom areas and entrance into the souvenir store areas for guests and tourists.
- Allocating an additional eleven huts for resting and water fountain along the walkway along the beach. Creating a combination between the restaurants and the beach.
- The standing traffic of the construction remains the same
- The structure of the tree planted sloping roof is the combination between steel and concrete
- All the required construction materials is readily available domestically, ensuring structural integrity up to standard.
