The main task faced by the architects was to create a new free space of the street without visible fences and borders. To design a space that could unite people and give a new experience of life and communication and perception. On the street there are cottages with an area of 170 to 110 square meters, there are separate houses, and there are also blocked two-apartment duplexes. Special attention was paid to sidewalks without stairs and height differences for comfortable movement for both children and adults, the pedestrian component was singled out as one of the main priorities in the formation of street space. An important point was to hide as much as possible any engineering and technical components of building equipment, to remove visual noise and to bring the overall appearance of the street as close as possible to a minimalist space for recreation. The greening of the street was also important, the task of which was to provide a large green esplanade with local accents in the form of freely growing unregulated groups of field grasses and bushes.
