“Dynamic Natural Bakery”The new Dynamic bakery was created with a strong, modern, thematic design. A compelled mixture of traditional, warm values combined with natural, contemporary traits together, creating a homey, and yet dynamic design for the pleasure of the viewers’ eyes. The space mainly uses materials, which were either pastel colored or naturally the color of the material itself. Hence, this color scheme creates a room with a very natural and relaxing state of ambience. Some hints of steel beams were placed around the room to give a bit of sophisticated and dynamic feature into the space.One of the most unique attributes in this construction is the existence of carts and green wall on the side of the bakery. The carts are built based on the traditional carts from Indonesia to deliver the traditional and homey sense of feelings toward the viewers. The pastries then were served in a synthetic rattan basket with an inclined angle to give easier access for the viewers to look at the pastries displayed. To accentuate even a more natural feel, the walls behind the carts were transformed into green walls with decorative leaves to create touches of natural scenery to the atmosphere of the space.The island counters were constructed also to suit the ambience within the rooms. The counters were built into four levels, with the descending size from the base to the top. The synthetic rattans are used as its main material as the base counter, with some shaped into baskets placed on every level of wood plank. These ripples within the baskets are created to give off light texture to the design. Each level was based with wood planks for stronger foundation. Beneath the wood plank, continuous lights were placed. Covered with white, soft fabrics to reduce the intensity from the spotlights, but still enough light to radiate around the pastries displayed.The ceilings are designed to be in a black out with halogen lights placed along the ceilings, which gives off a more striking and appealing lightning effect, which catches the eyes of the viewers. On top of that, the meticulous decorations placed around the counters to give an accent for the viewers’ eyes to indulge.
