Nishiyama's residence | Niigata kashiwazaki city | private housing
Entrance and dirt / corridor and migration flow line
It is a house built in a peaceful rural landscape, incorporating the soil space seen in old houses etc as part of our modern life.
Originally, Dabba was the entrance from the outdoors, the entrance to the entrance, and the space such as the workplace and cooking ground, both were spaces to use on the foot.
And most of Japan's current residence now takes off his shoes at the entrance, through the entrance hall / corridor, and access to each room. The flow line called the general space composition became.
In this plan, I thought that replacing "entrance hall / hallway" with modern dirt, and grasping soil as a single living space extensively makes it possible to incorporate element of soil into modern life without discomfort It was.
On the ground, it connects flat from the entrance to the kitchen / dining room, and continues to connect the space continuously in an ambiguous area like outside though it is inside. Moreover, by losing the buffer zone in the house called "corridor" and arranging the soil, kitchen, dining and living room in the shape of a square, it is reasonable without difficulty both in terms of flow line and space. It is a simple and reasonable place to live without waste.
