The project includes a 25,000 square foot masterplan broken into four phases of renovation and expansion.
The plan includes the expansion of the existing theater, the renovation of multi purpose lobby spaces, a new cafe, restaurant, and the development of new wayfinding and circulatory systems. The design exposes the building’s hidden neoclassical concrete foundation and inserts a series of new material elements to create a distinct identity for the Dweck, while simultaneously integrating the space into the library’s historic building.
