The client approached us to update the Duty Free retail area of the Perth International Airport.

Fratelle Group undertook the design of the site in conjunction with an international retail design firm, coordinating detailing and local supplies. We worked with the Project Manager to ensure the contractor and suppliers complied with strict security and access requirements, as the site was located within the operational airport.was a fully operational airport. Our staff worked both air side and land side and had to adhere to strict Australian Custom Rules, together with strict timelines and hours we were able to attend site.

This project was complex with an extremely condensed timeframe along with the requirement of liaising with overseas suppliers, clients, and project team members. The design was for different themed areas throughout Duty Free and had to incorporate multiple brand guideline requirements within this.
