The shape of the house is an evocation of the Latin American tradition of houses with gabled roof, a classic way to get a contemporary touch, avoiding the use of flat roofs that in the tropics could cause leaks problems.
we tried to use all the possible tropical elements as an eaves that generate shade, the block textures generate shadows, and the windows create cross circulation of air, they have also been oriented in a way that if the ground is located in a sunny location, we can make a mirror to the footprint without modifying facades.
The white color is a must in a hot tropic, besides it is a referent of the simple architecture...In this way ends up being by itself is a winner.
