D’sara Sentral is a “Transit Oriented Mixed Development” comprises of lifestyle retail outlets, 1 block of 25-storey SOVO (small office versatile office) and 4 blocks of 25-storey Serviced Apartment (SA) and is strategically located 100m from Kampung Selamat MRT Station.
The retail concept is an unconventional open-air street shop-front design with retail units facing pedestrian promenade housed in rectilinear retail block, whilst those fronting Jalan Sungai Buloh, in unique free standing curvilinear retail block providing a prominent frontage.
