The house has been designed with a modernist approach while fulfilling the specific requirements of the clients as they needed a three-storey layout so they could rent it out to three seperate tenants and also turn it into a one unit house if they want to occupy it for themselves in future.
The clients' requirements and their approach towards their property helped us in our design approach and therefore, the form follows the function.
