The
single-family house divides into two orthogonally building elements. In the one
storey element are the kitchen and a home office located. On the ground floor
of the two storey element is the living room and upstairs there are three
bedrooms. The storeys are merged together through a special “Airspace”. In the
northern-east of the building a roofed forecourt, planned as parking area, is
located. In the southern-west a terrace with a fixed sunscreen as well as a
pool connects to the living room in the ground floor. The generous glass
elements offer a gorgeous view over the landscape.
