This is a pre-crisis proposal for multi-use complex in Sochi seaside. The key feature of the proposal is to make a single building for multiple facilities with outlook of a city downtown. This concept was provided by insertion of a largescale spatial grid of 18x18 metres, interconnected by means of 'flying stylobate' - a large box elevated to levels 9-12, serving as a retail/sport/catering/conference-centre. Lower levels serve as office blocks, upper levels provide room for hotel and apartments. Heightening the public box provides connections from the city to embanments, and allows the valuabke greenery to retain. On the higher levels all apartments are provided with astonishing views in several directions. At the same time, the 'downtown-shaped' outlook provides an urban, non-objective outlook of the building and gives a sort of 'manhattan' status to the place, also thought to be a starting point for the development beyound the site.
