The complex with a total area of about 6,300 square meters consists of two five-storey blocks connected by a stylobate.
The exterior of the building reflects the main essence of the complex - the combination of two landscapes and ways of life: city and nature. The measured way of life is reflected in the static plastic of the facade, and the narrow horizontal brickwork is reminiscent of natural stones.
The facade of the building is designed in the concept of "dissolving" in the environment. From the more active urban facade overlooking the Dosflot passage, there is a smooth transition to the static plasticity of the facade from the forest side.
Contact with nature takes place on open balconies overlooking the Moscow Canal and the Northern River Station. Thanks to this solution, the building and nature are mutually permeable.
