Dongguan is a prefecture-level city in central Guangdong province, China. Dongguan Origin Villa is located in Dongguan City near Dongguan Botanical Garden with great natural landscape resources.

The project built as the construction standard of South China luxury villa with top landscape sets a new benchmark of Dongguan central city mansion.

With maximum utilization of resources and user-friendly design, we successfully create a high-quality villa with a taste of life.

We think that the structure is like bones of human-beings, which needs to be tailored well. Different people have their clothes in different styles. Then there should be a different space in relatively suitable style－a landscape villa with oriental charm.

The ground floor has spacious living area perfect for entertaining, which includes painting area, snooker area, a teahouse and a wine cellar.

The first floor boasts neutral tones throughout and features another generously sized living area which opens onto a relaxing balcony overlooking the tree-lined garden.

The second floor contains a stunning bedroom for elderly and two lovely kids rooms. Each space is being fully used.

The generous master room with a relaxing and private terrace enlarges the landscape area on the third floor. The client can come out to the terrace for an air at anytime.

Modern, simple and rich are our design philosophy. We use simple colors and pursuit the form of concise, while focusing on comforts and emphasizing sense of design. We explore the innovation of oriental elements to create a modern urban space with oriental culture.
