The project aims to revitalize a very important void in the city center fullfilling it with
different activities and a housing system.
The East-West directionality, follows an irregular path of succession of urban spaces that converge on the site of the project, its geometry has a variable character conditioned by the geometry of the traces of the streets and ordered convergence spaces.
The North-South directionality follows a route perfectly regular, oriented to better
functionality, which will serve as the basis for a flexible housing. Literal reading frame as planes on which modules fit together prefabricated housing.
