Designed to be a representative building of Domko in Varna, this project is located at one of the key intersections of Zhelezkova Street and Mir Street, which makes it an interesting architectural feature.
Functionally, the building occupies three over-ground levels linked by an atrium space. Because of the property’s specific shape and its limited size, the vertical communication is provided by an interior dog-legged staircase and a panoramic elevator located at the back of the atrium. All three floors are designed as open commercial spaces in order to provide flexibility for displayed expositions. The underground floor is designed for a parking lot.
The construction of the building is reinforced concrete, beamless structure with an axis of 20 feet and with a construction height of 1,475 feet.
The owner’s intention is to create a contemporary building of premium quality that reflects the style of the company Domko.
The pixel design of the facades of enameled tempered glass gives the volume a dynamic attractiveness, ensuring the longevity of the design. Additionally, the colors of the modules — black and white — highlight the building’s stylish, timeless appearance.
