The goal our team tried to achieve was to create a design that harmoniously integrates into the environment, preserving the character of the street and its visual range.
The rhythm of the neighboring facades was used to preserve the archaic atmosphere of the street. It is also made according to modern classics, which does not imitate antiquity, but harmonizes well with it.
Travertine stone was used as the main material, It does not stand out of the context and gives solid monolith like look to the entire volume of the building.. The facade of the first and second floors is mainly glazed and structured with columns and pilasters.
Fluted pilasters on the floors above give the building a vertical structure. Narrow window openings are unevenly placed in this pattern, contrasting with the massiveness of the volumes. Continuous horizontal bands gird the house through the floor.
