The De La Salle Lipa Junior High School Building will be a new addition to the environmentally conscious campus of Lipa. Inspired by the traditional bahay-na-bato houses in the city, the structure will feature earth-tone colors, traditional stones, and a large ground-floor open space to be used as a student hub. Proper orientation and the use of large, operable windows will allow maximum daylight and ventilation. The project will also utilize energy & water efficient fixtures in all its facilities.
A new Student Parkway was integrated to the site development that will be linked directly to the Grade School Building. The Parkway will feature open and semi-open student hubs surrounded by landscape. The area is envisioned as an extension of the canteen and as a general recreation space for students during their free time in between classes or dismissal.
