Dale Jones-Evans Architecture’s new 500m² redevelopment of a former car park is
transformed into retail and office. The practices art collection is housed
within a raw concrete gloss white space with new street frontage. One stripped
back concrete beam remains floating across the white envelope, which
circumscribes an inset jet-black floor, workstations and studio layout of
offices.
