LATIS were approached to provide a masterplan for the area comprising of a mix of residential apartments, private villas along with a hotel component and associated landscaping strategies.LATIS' vision for Diani is to create a unique brand of Hotel Residency within what is considered one of the most beautiful coastal regions of the world. Oasis will bring a high calibre blend of coastal tradition and hospitality to contemporary living.The project will create a new benchmark in serviced residential living through a combination of high quality design and local innovation and skill.
