Located in Pattaya, Thailand, the project is a leisure resort hotel that combines a private beach clubhouse and hotel apartments.
The architectural concept of "symbiosis with nature": the hotel condominium is hidden in the dense green forest, and the buildings are elevated with the topography to look out to the sea one by one, so that the rooftop observation deck and swimming pool of each building become the borrowed view of each other, integrating the buildings into the natural environment.
“Breaking the boundary that defines the inner and outer space”: the design adopts transparent acrylic materials to create a transparent acrylic infinity sky pool that integrates functionality and visual experience at the location with an open view on the roof, allowing the sun, beach and natural landscape to open 360 degrees without hindrance.
Sustainability, energy-saving measures: The open-air open design between apartments brings natural light and natural breeze inside the building, while greenery can provide air circulation and filtration for the building to achieve energy-saving.
Community lifestyle: The community gardens between the apartments provide the necessary external extension space for resort living, blurring the boundaries between living and natural environments. The relative location and spacing of the apartments help to improve the quality of neighborhood life and enhance the sense of belonging, allowing residence to have the intimacy of family life alongside a sense of leisure and vacation.
Private Beach Club: The design is inspired by luxury yachts, and the interior design of the clubhouse adopts flowing and soft lines, allowing visitors to perceive the meaning of aesthetics and nature coexistence in the indoor space. Visitors can enjoy the sea view indoor or walk to the sea-viewing platform like a yacht deck to feel the gentle sea breeze.
