Diagnostic Center
The goal of the project was to create a new diagnostic center for the city and to provide better quality of ''patient-doctor'' connections.
Concrete structure of the building is covered with a light glazing system, containing solid white and transparent panels. The way panels are suited on the fasade walls, depicts the inner structure of Diagnostic Center. Gradient from solid panels on one side to transparent on the other, shows the way medicine opens to the patients. Planning of the building works the same way.
Ground floor of the Dignostic Center contains educational block (covered with a grass, as a part of a landscape in front of the building), ..reception zone (waiting area, children playground), connected with an inner yard, heading to the park, and a medical block with rooms for first examination of patients. The upper floors are devided into departments (radiology, endoscopy & functional diagnostics and laboratiries of biochemistry, microbiology, histo immunology). On the top floor there is a public caffee and resting area for patients with a great view of surrounding park.
