The bus design was initiated that could suffice as a luxury bus, school bus, with van like appeal, formed the brief of the project. The concept had to be given a soft treatment and be an amalgamation of contrasting attributes of sophistication and funk. Soft mood lighting along the rear silhouette, ability to play with colours of the modular light cluster in the front was a move in this direction. Hence the concept "Essence" owing to the accuracy and preciseness of the design. The bus is a high-end luxury inter-state family bus that is designed for JCBL .It stands out as a superior product that is distinctive and redefines luxury coaches. The design and styling focuses on trust-pertaining to safety, reliability, robustness and luxury incorporating sleekness, sophistication and sobriety.
DFI has designed luxury seats for Mobility Solutions Limited (MSL) over-night intercity buses to redefine the notion of luxury traveling and create a new option for the traveling classes. The seats are a combination of ergonomics, aesthetics and user psychology. Besides these, comfort plays a major role in the development of design. Through user testing and observation, a set of comfortable luxury seats came out. The design of the seat brings long distance bus traveling to a new level, and provides considerable sleeping comfort .
