Devine Legacy on Central consists of 65 units of affordable family residential units in 4 stories over a concrete podium structure on approximately 1 gross acre. The podium contains 2,156 square feet of community space fronting Central Avenue with a trellis covered arcade. The remaining ground floor consists of vehicular and bicycle parking spaces. The four floors of residential units are built around a central courtyard and provide a variety of unit types, including flats & lofts ranging from studio to 3-br units, to accommodate singles and families. Devine Legacy was the first affordable multi-family housing project along the Light Rail in the City of Phoenix. Devine Legacy on Central was the recipient of a PCBC Gold Nugget Award, RED Multi-family Housing Award and the Charles Edson Award.
