The
Deutsche Bank aspired to an office
interior design that reflected
their distinguished status yet also boasted very significant local
influences that show their
commitment and respect to Thai
culture. Therefore, their office at the exclusive Athenee Towers is a
beautiful resemblance of Thai
elements with a modern touch.
A
modern, open and egalitarian space, the office serves as a regional
hub within Asia. Clear visual lines connect open plan, private office
and meeting zones, with client hospitality areas welcoming important
guests.
The
colour palette of the interiors
take direct reference from the
colours of Thai temple- and palace roofs, dating back from the
Sukhothai period. The
colours yellow, orange and green are assigned
to the three floors of the Deutsche Bank office are picked up on the
wall finishes
throughout the working space areas. All solid and
glazed walls also incorporate a graphic pattern representation of the
Thai
“Chedi” stupas.
