The volume of the building is entirely made of concrete and glass, it is inspired to the near Alborz Mountain; it is like a piece of stone falling apart from the mountain, landing in the city, standing as an inhabited sculpture, as a new icon of Vali Asr Avenue.
The building is made by the aggregation of pure volumes excavated and cut down by vertical cuts that frame the internal square, creating a sequence of mass and void, light and shadow; this language wants to re-eco the characteristic Arab element (Evan, caravanserai) The building presents itself as a monolithic volume relatively closed to the exterior and more open to the internal courtyard. The system of opening evocates the erosion of the mountain made by the wind. It varies according to the luminosity comfort, the quality of the space and the orientation of the building. The program

The 4 volumes situated along the perimeter of the site define an internal void, a commercial square. The three commercial units occupy three of the 4 elements at the ground floor and first floor, they face the street as well as the internal square.
The forth volume facing the main street is the entry of offices ant apartments. From level 2 to level 6 are situated the office plan, and at level 7, the apartments.
