Our project goal was simply stated:“Bring significant and immediate change to a community, do it in a sustainable way that can be an example for others and preserve and respect what has previously been established by history, resulting in the creation of an office space that its occupants are both productive in and proud of.”
The building is energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly awarded the gold standard LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, said Jason Dickens, a partner with Design Styles. The former grocery store has become the city’s first historically renovated structure to receive such recognition.
