We completely demolished an existing apartment to design one with a minimum of divisions, basically with a program of a social space fully integrated into the kitchen and the bar, two rooms with a dressing room, bathroom and services.
The apartment has a very long space that clearly divides the social area of the rooms by a courtyard in the center. The front space is facing the street, it is like a large fully open loft, the Italian Modulnova glass kitchen is a large piece of furniture that was placed turned to give movement to the space and get out of the stiffness a bit. The room becomes a cinema with a large screen and surround sound, the bar has a long bar open to the living room and the space for the Piano as the main protagonist of the place.
All the floors of the apartment are made of dark Oak wood and within the Main space contrasting with Oak wood, a wall runs the entire length of the Iranian Silver Travertine lined space. For the bathrooms we use a white marble of Greek origin. The table and the entire bar counter are made of granite known as Wooden Black.
The furniture is from Minotti, Roche Bobois, Paola Lenti, Manutti and Poltrona Frau. The lighting is from FLOS and the automation system is lutron. The kitchen is from Modulnova.
